2025 book club
Do you want to read more this year?
Do you ever read a book and wish you had a group of friends to discuss it with?
I know I sure do!
Daya and I are excited to commit to a book a month this year, and we want you to join us!
We’ve thoughtfully curated a list of books with the hopes of coming together for interesting conversations that help challenge and inspire us to grow and dream big.
No pressure to join every month. Pick the books that most interest you, read them…maybe take a couple notes/reflect…and join us on Zoom to discuss.
If you are interested in performance/mindset/personal growth, this is the book club for you. You don’t need to be a competitive athlete, just a curious person that wants to read and connect with like-minded book nerds. (I use the term “nerd” proudly!)
Dust off that library card, mark your calendar and sign up below!

Stillness is the Key
by Ryan Holiday
5:30pm PST
Zoom (link will be shared when you RSVP)
“Throughout history, there has been one quality that great leaders, makers, artists and fighters have shared. The Zen Buddhists described it as inner peace, the Stoics called it ataraxia and Ryan Holiday calls it stillness: the ability to be steady, focused and calm in a constantly busy world.
Drawing on a wide range of history's greatest thinkers, Holiday shows us how crucial stillness is, and how it can be cultivated in our own lives today. Just as Winston Churchill, Oprah Winfrey and baseball player Sadaharu Oh have done, we can all benefit from stillness to feed into our greater ambitions - whether building a business or simply finding happiness, peace and self-direction.
Stillness is the key to the self-mastery, discipline and focus necessary to succeed in this competitive, noisy world.”
